Cloud Platform Maintenance Antwerp
Scheduled Maintenance Report for Combell nv
Completed
Due to a last minute announcement from our software vendor, concerning possible compatibility issues between the latest OnApp version and Xen, we decided to postpone the planned update until a fix is released and has been thoroughly tested.

The issue mentioned should only happen in edge cases, but we prefer to wait until a complete fix is released by OnApp.
We hope you understand this decision and want to emphasize this decision has been made to avoid possible issues during the update and preserve uptime for you as our customer.

Update
Previous dates were announced wrong, these are the correct dates:

On the night of Tuesday 21/03 to Wednesday 22/03 our Cloud Platform in Antwerp will be upgraded to the latest version. In order to comply with latest Xen hypervisor updates and storage support we will have to reboot all hypervisors. This will cause unavailability of all VM's.

00:00 -> The Control Panel will be upgraded to the latest version. CP will be unavailable, this will have no impact on running VM's.
01:00 -> All VM's and HyperVisors will be shutdown as fast as possible.
-> Once all HyperVisors have been shutdown, they will be booted again with the latest version.
-> Gradual bootup of all VM's.
-> Final checkup of platform.
03:00 -> All HV's should have been upgraded and all VM's should have been booted.
